Still nothing beats this view 🌍 Our Cupola turns 16! The Cupola is the panoramic control tower of the International Space Station (ISS): a dome-shaped module with windows for observing and guiding operations outside the Station. It’s a pressurised observation and work area that hosts command and control workstations and other hardware. Its 360º view means spacewalks can be observed from Cupola, along with visiting spacecraft and external areas of the ISS. Cupola plays a key role in external Station activities. But Cupola is more than a workstation.
