No that is not a 🥙, A gyroscope helps keep a boat balanced by fighting the motion that makes it roll from side to side. Inside, a massive rotor spins at extremely high speed. When the boat starts tilting, the gyroscope creates a counterforce that pushes against the movement. Less rocking -> More stability.
