Make this tiramisu once, and it’ll become your go-to recipe forever 🤎 Infinity is the first manufacturer of 5 mm plexiglass molds, and their molds are truly in a league of their own—nothing like copied designs! Ingredients for a 40 × 10 cm mold, 8 cm high: • 22 Ladyfinger biscuits • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder • 1 cup boiling water • 400 g cream cheese • 300 g whipping cream • 4 egg yolks • ½ cup powdered sugar (or finely ground sugar) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • Cocoa powder, for dusting Tips: 1. Let the coffee mixture cool completely before dipping the ladyfingers. If you’re using imported ladyfingers, dip them once in the coffee and remove them immediately so they don’t become soggy. 👌🏽 2. For Iranian ladyfingers, dip each side twice in the coffee mixture and remove immediately. Don’t leave them soaking, or they’ll become mushy. 👌🏽 3. Let the egg yolk mixture cool down a little before adding it to the cream cheese. 👌🏽 4. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Right before serving, sift the cocoa powder over the tiramisu so it stays dry and doesn’t get absorbed. 👌🏽 #dessert #fyp #tiramisu
