We’re back with the movement tips, and today we’re going to be looking at the vertical wallrun/wall pop. This is quite a lengthy breakdown that goes into quite some detail. A few important tips for this one is to make sure your foot is around hip height or slightly lower. Having your foot too high can lead to a weird body positioning, and having your foot too low increases the risk of your feet slipping off the wall. With a movement like this, it’s important to start small and low & build up over time. You don’t have to do huge wall pops right away.
