✨POV: making chicken pesto pizza for him the 20-min bake is the hardest part so I killed time with a chill mahjong round ingredients: * 300g chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces) * 1 tsp paprika powder * 1 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp achar gosht masala * 1tsp fajita seasoning * 1 tsp dried parsley * 1 tsp dried oregano * Salt, to taste * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 tbsp hot sauce * 1 tbsp ketchup * 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce * 1 tsp chili oil * 3–4 tbsp pizza sauce * Mozzarella cheese, grated * ½ red onion, thinly sliced * ½ bell pepper, thinly sliced * Dried parsley, dried oregano, and red chili flakes, for topping Method 1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chicken. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, paprika, black pepper, achar gosht masala, dried parsley, oregano, and salt. Stir well. 3. Add the hot sauce, ketchup, sweet chili sauce, and chili oil. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens slightly. 4. Spread the pizza sauce over your pizza base. 5. Top with mozzarella cheese, the cooked chicken, sliced red onion, and sliced bell pepper. 6. Sprinkle with extra dried parsley, oregano, and red chili flakes. 7. Bake in a preheated oven or air fryer until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden. 8. Slice and enjoy! #vitamahjong #pizzafromscratch#foodtok #killtimegames#dinnerideas
