Everything I meal prepped for my 15 month old toddler this week! Organic Toddler/Baby Meal Prep Recipes (12-18 months+) Garlic Parmesan "Pasta Pearls" • Ingredients: • 1 cup Organic De Cecco Acini di Pepe • 1 tbsp Organic Unsalted Butter • 1 clove Organic Garlic (finely minced) • no salt chicken bouillon seasoning to taste • 2 tbsp Organic Freshly Grated Parmesan • 2 tbsp Reserved Pasta Water • Instructions: Boil the pasta until tender (approx. 9 mins). Reserve a splash of pasta water before draining. Toss the hot pearls with butter, garlic, and parmesan. Add the reserved water to keep the texture silky and prevent clumping. Tropical Green Hidden-Veggie Pouch • Ingredients: • 1 cup Organic Frozen Mango • 1/2 cup Organic Frozen Pineapple • 1 cup Organic Fresh Baby Spinach • 1/4 cup Organic Whole Milk • Instructions: Let frozen fruit thaw for 5 minutes. Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth and vibrant green. Pour into reusable pouches (fills approx. 3–4 pouches). Helpful Tips for Parents: The Southwest Sweet Potato Smash • Ingredients: • 10 oz Frozen Organic Sweet Potato cubes • 1/2 cup Organic Black Beans (rinsed) • 1/4 tsp Organic Ground Cumin • 1 tsp Organic Olive Oil • Instructions: Place frozen sweet potato in a small pot with 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer on medium-low for 8 minutes until fork-tender. Drain any excess liquid, stir in the beans to warm through, add cumin and oil, and smash with a fork to a soft consistency. • Safe Textures: At 15 months, your toddler might be ready for more texture. You can leave the Sweet Potato Smash a bit chunkier to encourage more chewing! • No Microwave Method: Steaming the sweet potatoes on the stovetop preserves nutrients and provides a great texture without needing a microwave.  • Freshness: These meals are best enjoyed within 3 days from the fridge. The pouches can be frozen for up to 2 months and thawed in the fridge overnight. • New Flavors: These recipes include Dairy and Garlic. If these are new to your kitchen, introduce them slowly as per your usual routine. • Custom Fit: Every child has different needs—always check with your trusted professional if you have questions about specific ingredients or allergies.
