nutella brioche🍫🥐🤎 Ingredients: 100ml (just under 1/2 cup) warm milk 38g (3 tbsp) granulated sugar 6g (2 tsp) instant dry yeast 300g (2 1/2 cups) bread flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 large eggs 71g (5 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened Nutella for filling 1 egg+ splash of milk, for egg wash Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir until dissolved. (If using active dry yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy). 2. Add the flour, salt, and egg. Knead on low speed for 2-3 minutes. 3. Increase to medium speed and gradually add the butter, 1 tbsp at a time, allowing each addition to incorporate before adding more. Continue kneading for 8-10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. 4. Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-1 1/2 hours, or until doubled in size. 5. Punch down the dough and divide into 8 equal portions (75g each). Shape each into a ball. 6. Roll each ball into a rectangle. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of nutella over the upper half, then fold the dough over the filling. 7. Cut the bottom half into thin strips, then wrap the strips toward the top to create a braided effect. 8. Arrange the rolls in a lined 8-inch baking pan. Cover and proof for 30-45 minutes, or until puffy. 9. Brush with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 18-20 minutes, or until golden. 10. Brush the warm rolls with melted butter and enjoy! #baking #nutella #nutellabrioche #bread #Recipe
