Unduh Video TikTok: my fav warm chocolate chip cookies over icecream recipe video

my fav warm chocolate chip cookies over icecream !! recipe video :) also it looks like double the ingredients bc i did double the amount in the video :) recipe: ( makes about 8 big cookies ) ingredients ½ cup browned butter (113g) ½ cup brown sugar (100g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla (5g) 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (150g) ½ tsp baking soda (3g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) chocolate chips ( measure with your heart ) ( i did both chocolate chunks & chips ) instructions brown the butter, then while it’s still very warm (almost hot, but not boiling), pour it directly over the brown sugar and granulated sugar. whisk until smooth and glossy. (using the butter while it’s still warm helps create a thinner, crispier cookie.) let the mixture cool for just a minute or two so it isn’t hot enough to cook the egg, then whisk in the egg and vanilla until fully combined. fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. then fold in chocolate chips/chunks. scoop the dough and shape each cookie into a ball. ( i used a 4 oz cookie scoop ) they will spread a lot ! bake at 375°f for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are just set. after they came out of the oven i decorated with chocolate chips on top! enjoyyy ! :3 ( also to get that fall apart cookie i didn’t let it cool after i took it out :) ) #cookies #chocolatechipcookies #Recipe #baking ib:sofia
