Unduh Video TikTok: Imagine looking out of your window and seeing your own plane on

Imagine looking out of your window and seeing your own plane on the news while you're still inside it😳 That was the reality for passengers aboard JetBlue Flight 292 on September 21, 2005. Shortly after takeoff from Burbank, California, the crew discovered a serious problem, the Airbus A320's nose wheels had become stuck at a 90-degree angle. They could not simply turn around and land normally. So the crew assessed the situation, coordinated with ground teams and diverted to Los Angeles International Airport, where they had a longer runway available. Then came the landing. The pilots kept the nose of the aircraft raised for as long as possible before lowering it onto the runway. The damaged nose gear scraped against the surface, sending sparks flying as the aircraft slowed down. After several tense hours, the plane came to a stop. All 146 people on board survived without injury. The aircraft stopped around 1,000 feet from the end of the runway. What makes this landing remarkable is the decision making before touchdown, managing the aircraft's weight, choosing the right airport and executing a landing with the nose gear stuck sideways. That is aviation skill under pressure. ✈️ Be honest, if you were a passenger watching your own aircraft on live TV, would you be able to stay calm? #aviatorscholars #aviation #jetblue #AviationSafety #pilotskills
