Air Fryer Rice Paper Prawn Bites 🍤 That crunch is unreal! Wrapping juicy prawns in nori and rice paper gives you an ultra-crispy shell straight from the air fryer - no deep-frying required. Dip them in your favourite sauce for the ultimate bite 😋 ✨ ingredients: • raw king prawns • sheets rice paper (cut into rectangles) • nori seaweed sheets (cut into rectangles) • warm water (for dipping) • oil (to spray) • dipping sauce of choice 🧂 Seasoning: • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • sea salt & black pepper to taste • 1/2 tsp paprika 👨‍🍳 method: • Season prawns with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika. • Cut rice paper sheets into rectangles and slice nori into small strips. • Dip a piece of rice paper into water for 3-4 seconds until just pliable, then lay it flat on a clean board. • Place a nori strip in the center, place a prawn across the top edge, and roll it tightly downward to seal. Repeat for all prawns. • Place rolls onto a plate, lightly brush or spray with oil. • Place in the air fryer basket—make sure they do not touch so they don’t stick together. • Air fry at 190°C for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce 🧡 #ricepaper #prawnrecipe #airfryerrecipes #easysnack #shrimprecipes
