Creamy pasta recipe 🍝✨ 1/2 onion 2 cloves fresh garlic 3 tbsp tomato paste 1 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella Salt, pepper, paprika to taste 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder (optional) Parsley In a pan, add oil and fry the onion and garlic until softened. Then add the tomato paste and heavy cream, mix well. Next, add the spices and stir well. Add the pasta and mozzarella cheese. Top with parsley. 👀 Add the mozzarella cheese little by little. I suggest cooking on medium low heat so the cheese melts slowly and the sauce doesn’t get thick. Einfach teilen & bekochen lassen! 👨🏼‍🍳 🛒 Zutaten für 2: 250g Fettuccine 2 große Chicken Brüste (ca. 400g) 100g Butter 1 Knoblauchzehe 200ml Sahne 80g Parmesan (frisch gerieben!) Frische Petersilie 1 Bio-Zitrone Chili-Flocken Salz & Pfeffer 👨🏼‍🍳 Zubereitung: 1️⃣ Großer Topf mit viel Wasser, WIRKLICH viel Salz rein. Das ist die einzige Gelegenheit die Pasta selbst zu würzen! 2️⃣ Chicken Brüste flach klopfen (ca. 1,5cm), mit Salz & Pfeffer würzen. Mit Frischhaltefolie drüber und mit der Pfanne platt klopfen. 3️⃣ Fettuccine rein, 2 Minuten weniger kochen als auf der Packung steht. Etwas Pastawasser aufbewahren! 4️⃣ Pfanne sehr heiß machen. Mit Öl die Chicken Brüste rein. 3 Minuten pro Seite liegen lassen, nicht anfassen! So bekommt ihr eine schöne Kruste. Dann aus der Pfanne nehmen und in Tranchen schneiden. 5️⃣ Butter in eine tiefe Pfanne, Knoblauch dazu, Sahne rein, Parmesan reiben, Zitronenzeste rein, umrühren und köcheln lassen. Pastawasser hinzu, Pasta durchschwenken. Petersilie hinzufügen. 6️⃣ Auf Tellern anrichten. Chicken-Tranchen oben drauf. Petersilie, Parmesan, Chili & Pfeffer. Fertig!

FLATBREAD WITH BUTTER CHICKEN #food #recipe #chicken #butterchicken #flatbread CHICKEN MIXTURE 25 g unsalted butter 20 ml sunflower oil 600 g chicken thighs, cut into cubes 5 g garam masala (1⅔ tsp) 2 g ground coriander (⅔ tsp) 2 g ground cumin (⅔ tsp) 3 g garlic powder (1 tsp) 4 g onion powder (1⅓ tsp) 2 g cayenne pepper (⅔ tsp) 30 g tomato paste 50 ml water 100 ml heavy cream 15 g honey 1 chicken stock cube 100 g grated cheese (Gouda) DOUGH 350 g all-purpose flour 50 g herb cream cheese 4 g salt (⅔ tsp) 6 g baking powder 170 ml water EXTRA cheese slices Heat the butter and sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs, garam masala, ground coriander, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Fry for 5–6 minutes. Add the tomato paste, water, cream, and honey. Mix well and let simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened. Crumble the chicken stock cube over the pan. Add the grated cheese and stir until creamy. Remove from the heat and let the chicken mixture cool completely. Place the flour, baking powder, herb cream cheese, salt, and water in a large bowl. Knead for 10–12 minutes until smooth. Cover and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces of about 70 g each and shape into balls. Roll out a dough ball into a circle. Place a slice of cheese on one half and spread about 90 g of the chicken mixture on top. Lightly moisten the edges, fold the dough closed, and press the edges firmly to seal. Place the filled dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Heat a heavy-bottomed frying pan with a little oil. Cook the breads over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through on both sides. Tips Don’t cut the chicken too small. Cubes of about 2 cm give a better bite. Let the mixture thicken well. The sauce should be creamy and firm, not runny like a curry. Let it cool completely. A warm filling makes the dough soft and hard to seal. Letting the dough rest is important. Those 10 minutes make it more elastic and easier to roll out. Use any cheese you like. CINDY‘S COZY KITCHEN CLUB – EPISODE 4 🍂☁️✨☕️ Pumpkin Spice Sirup Rezept 🎃 Zutatenliste für ca. 150ml Sirup: • 70g Kürbispüree • 4 EL Ahornsirup • 130ml Wasser • 1,5 TL Zimt • ¼ TL gemahlener Ingwer • ¼ TL gemahlene Nelken • ⅛ TL gemahlene Muskatnuss • 1 TL Pumpkin Pie Spice (falls ihr das nicht da habt, einfach etwas mehr von den anderen Gewürzen nehmen) • 1 kleine Prise Salz • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt To Do‘s: 1) Kürbispüree, Wasser, Ahornsirup, Zimt, gemahlener Ingwer, Nelken, Muskatnuss, Pumpkin Pie Spice und Salz in einen kleinen Topf geben und gut verrühren 2) Bei mittlerer Hitze 8–10 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen und dabei regelmäßig umrühren → Wenn der Sirup euch noch etwas zu flüssig ist = etwas länger köcheln lassen → Wenn der Sirup euch zu fest ist = einfach etwas mehr Wasser dazugeben und gut umrühren! 3) Den Topf vom Herd nehmen und den Sirup kurz abkühlen lassen, anschließend den Vanilleextrakt einrühren 5) Für eine besonders glatte Konsistenz den Sirup durch ein feines Sieb geben 6) In ein luftdicht verschließbares Gefäß füllen und im Kühlschrank aufbewahren (hält sich ca. 4–5 Tage). Strawberry Nutella Brownies 🍫💌🍓 So fudgy & perfect for valentines! (Recipe makes an 8x8 pan) Ingredients: 10 tbsp (140g) unsalted butter, melted 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar ¼ cup (50g) brown sugar, packed 2 eggs, room temp 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup + 2 tbsp (56g) unsweetened cocoa powder ½ tsp salt 1 tbsp (13g) vegetable oil ½ cup (63g) all purpose flour, spooned & leveled or weighed (don’t pack it in) ¾ cup chocolate chips/ chunks 190g (~⅔ cup) Nutella Topping: strawberry slices, patted dry (as many as you want/enough to cover the top) Nutella (to spread over the top and drizzle) *if the nutella is too thick to drizzle you can melt it slightly in the microwave Instructions: Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Spread the nutella onto the parchment into a thin, even square the size of the pan. Freeze for at least 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line/grease an 8x8-inch pan with parchment. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, then whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes to help create a crackly top. Stir in cocoa powder and salt until fully combined. Mix in oil, then gently fold in the flour until just combined (don’t over mix). Fold in chocolate chips/chopped chocolate. Spread half the batter into the greased pan. Place the frozen nutella sheet on top of it. Then, spread the remaining batter over it to cover the nutella layer completely. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick near the center comes out with no wet batter. It should just come out with a little nutella & slightly moist crumbs. Let the brownies cool completely. Spread a thin layer of nutella over the cooled brownies, add the strawberry slices (patted dry) all over the top, and drizzle with more nutella. Die Hähnchenteile mit Olivenöl, Paprikapulver, Knoblauchpulver, Zwiebelpulver, italienischen Kräutern, Kurkuma, Salz und Pfeffer gründlich einreiben. Butter in einer großen ofenfesten Form schmelzen. Add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, fresh parsley, yellow onion, and garlic to a food processor. Blend until you have a vegetable mixture. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a large, deep bowl. Add the salt, ground cumin, paprika, chili flakes, cayenne pepper, black pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, and ground chicken. Knead until combined. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the baking sheet and press it down firmly. Then cut the mixture into straight strips. Use a spoon to press half-moon shapes next to each other. Place the kebab in a preheated oven at 225°C (440°F). Bake for 20–25 minutes. Then switch the oven to the grill setting and grill for 5 minutes, or until the top is nicely golden brown and slightly crispy. Take a wrap and spread with your desired sauce. You can find a printable recipe on my website plus a link to all of the items used in this video at sivanskitchen.com STUFFED ONIONS • 6 extra-large onions • 1 cup raw short-grain rice • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped • 1 onion, finely chopped • ¼ bunch each parsley, mint & dill, finely chopped • 1 heaping tbsp tomato paste • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses • ¼ cup olive oil • 2 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • Juice of 1 lemon SHORT RIBS • 2 lbs Korean-style bone-in short ribs, about ¾-inch thick • Salt & pepper • Drizzle of oil SAUCE • ¼ cup tomato paste • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses • 2 tbsp date molasses (or maple syrup) • 3 tbsp oil • 2 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tbsp dried mint • Juice of 1 lemon • 2 cups reserved onion water INSTRUCTIONS Peel onions and cut a slit halfway through each from top to bottom. Place in a large pot, cover with water and boil about 30 minutes, until softened. Meanwhile, combine all filling ingredients and set aside. Season short ribs generously with salt and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large oven-safe pot over medium heat and sear ribs for a few minutes per side until beautifully browned. Turn off heat. Remove softened onions, reserving 2 cups of the onion water, and let cool. Carefully separate the onion layers. Add a spoonful of filling to each layer, roll tightly and arrange over the seared short ribs. Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour evenly over the stuffed onions. Cover directly with parchment paper, then cover the pot with its lid or tightly with foil. Bake at 375°F for about 2 hours, until the onions are tender and everything is beautifully caramelized. Honey Lemon Garlic Chicken🍗👨‍🍳 Ingredients: 3 chicken thighs Salt and pepper Cornstarch/flour Sauce: 3tbsp butter 3 minced garlic cloves 2.5tbsp soy sauce 2tbsp honey Zest of one lemon l 1tbsp paprika 1.5tsp chilli flakes Instructions Season the chicken in salt, pepper, then cornflour. Pay fry on medium-high heat for about 6-8 mins each side until nice and crispy. Set aside and mix all the sauce ingredients, melting the butter first. Reduce the sauce until thick and sticky. Add the chicken back to the pan and coat in the sauce. Plate and garnish with sesame and green onion. Enjoy😋 Bonus - keep reducing the sauce after remove the coated chicken and let the remaining sauce turn into a thick, almost jam like consistency. Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta 🔥 One-pot & ready in under 20 minutes… juicy cajun chicken served with the creamiest garlic parmesan sauce 🤤 If there is one piece of cookware you need in your kitchen, it’s gotta be the @Made In Cookware Saucier!  I’ve been using Made In for a long time and the Saucier is my favorite piece to cook with… it can do everything your sauce pan can do, but better!  If you’re looking to upgrade your cookware, I linked my favorite Made In pieces in my bio. For the Chicken: -2 large chicken breasts, flattened -Seasoning: 1 tbsp paprika, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1–2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) -1 tbsp olive oil For the Pasta & Sauce: -8 oz (225 g) rigatoni -3 tbsp butter -1 large shallot, finely diced -6–8 garlic cloves, minced -1 cup heavy cream, room temperature -Seasoning: 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp black pepper -3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (please use fresh!) -1/2 cup pasta water, as needed (aka liquid gold) Instructions: 1. Pat the chicken dry & pound to an even thickness. Coat with 1 tbsp olive oil, then season on both sides. 2. Boil the pasta in salted water until just shy of al dente. Save at least 1/2 cup pasta water before draining (‼️). Set pasta aside. 3. Heat a large pan or pot over medium heat for a few mins. Add 2 tbsp olive oil, increase to medium-high, add the chicken. Sear for 3–4 mins per side until golden, then reduce heat if needed and cook through. Set aside to rest. 4. Reduce heat to medium. In the same pan, melt the butter, scraping up all that fond. Add the shallot & cook for 5 mins, add the garlic, cook for 1 more min. 5. Reduce heat to medium-low, slowly pour in the cream. Add the seasonings & simmer for 2–3 mins. Reduce heat to low, add the parmesan & stir until smooth. 6. Add the pasta & 1/4 cup pasta water, toss over low heat for 1–2 mins until the sauce is silky. Add more pasta water as needed.
